Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
